Membership Application Form

Membership to the club is for the whole family (father, mother and children 18 and under). Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Adult members are allowed to bring one adult non-member with them to use club facilities . All NEW MEMBERS are requested to work a minimum of six hours their first year. All Members are requested to work clean up day.
